Mix & Match Flight Voucher Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

 

Promoter

The promoter of this Competition is Mix & Match Travel PTY Limited (“Mix & Match”), ABN 46 670 191 236.

 

Entry Period

The Competition commences on 1 April 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2025. The winner will be drawn on 1 August 2025.


How to Enter

To be eligible for the $1350 flight voucher prize draw, participants must enter the Competition by completing the registration form online at www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au before midnight 31 July 2025.

Each valid entry will go into the draw to win a $1350 flight voucher.


Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over and who are signed up to receive marketing communications from Mix & Match.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Mix & Match, House of Travel, and any related entities or agencies involved in this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The Competition commences at midnight 1 April 2025 and concludes at midnight 31 July 2025. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Multiple entries per eligible person will be allowed in the prize draw.


Prize Details

One (1) winner will be randomly drawn and will receive a $1350 Mix & Match flight e-voucher.

The voucher can be used for booking flights available on www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au.

The voucher must be used and redeemed online at www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au by 31 January 2026.

Travel must be completed between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026.

All additional travel costs including airport taxes, visas, insurance, and incidentals are at the winner’s own expense.



Prize Draw and Winner Notification

One winner will be randomly drawn by Mix & Match Travel on 1 August 2025.

The winner will be notified by email or phone by 8 August 2025.

If the winner has not confirmed receipt of the prize or cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and redrawn. A redraw will occur and a new winner notified who shall have seven days in which to confirm receipt of the prize. This process will continue until receipt of the prize has been successfully confirmed.



Conditions of Use

The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or foreign currency.

The winners and accompanying travellers must hold a current Passport, valid for at least six months before the expiry date at all proposed times of travel and be legally entitled to leave and return to Australia.



Consent and Publicity

By entering the Competition, the entrants consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and for the Promoter to use his or her name, photograph and their city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation should they win the Competition. This includes use on the Promoter’s website, direct and social media channels and PR.

Agree to be contacted by Mix & Match Travel for marketing and promotional purposes (you may opt out at any time).

Should there be any non-adherence or reasonable suspicion of non-adherence to the above conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or the Prize at any time.

By participating in this Competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.

If for any reason this Competition is not capable of proceeding, due to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition (in the sole opinion of the Promoter), the Competition may be abandoned or postponed at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

The decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its sole and absolute discretion cancel the Competition at any time and without prior notice.

 

Liability and Disclaimer

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including, but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law, Mix & Match expressly disclaims any responsibility and each Member agrees to release and hold Mix & Match (and its directors, employees, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) not liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Programme and/or a Prize or Reward or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use of a Prize or Reward, including personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

Without limiting the foregoing, Mix & Match assumes no responsibility for, and the Members release Mix & Match from, any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property if, for any reason beyond Mix & Match’s reasonable control (e.g. due to computer viruses, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures etc.) this Programme is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the Programme's administration, security, fairness or integrity are corrupted or affected. Further, in such circumstances, Mix & Match may invalidate any Codes or entries of any individual in any way involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Programme or abusing the communication system upon which the Programme is being conducted.

Any dispute under the Programme will be resolved by Mix & Match. In the event of error or omission on the part of Mix & Match, Mix & Match’s liability to the Member is limited to crediting disputed points or account balances to the Member’s Account.



Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Mix & Match’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of its rights.

Mix & Match reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Programme should bugs, viruses, unauthorised human intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of Mix & Match (in its sole opinion) corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Programme or a Promotion, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Mix & Match.

Mix & Match collects personal information in order to conduct this promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

All personal details will be held in accordance with the Mix & Match Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, stored, and used.
