Yes, really! Thanks to the folks at Afterpay, you can book now, pay later for domestic and international flights you book on mixandmatchtravel.com.au not exceeding a total cost of $3000.

Afterpay will assess your individual eligibility to make a purchase using its system up to this amount. An Afterpay price breakdown will be shown against each flight option in the search results booking page. This price breakdown may be subject to change based on your Afterpay approved spending limit. Afterpay will show you how the instalments are split before you pay.

Afterpay customers must pay for their booking in 4 fortnightly payments, with the first instalment due at the time of the booking.

If you are not familiar with Afterpay, Afterpay lets customers get what they need now, make their first payment upfront and the rest over six weeks. You’ll NEVER be charged interest (though you may be charged a fee if you don’t pay on time).

If you miss a payment you will incur a late fee and you won’t be able to book or buy anything else with Afterpay until you settle your account.

Does Afterpay conduct credit checks?

Afterpay's decision to approve your booking doesn't involve a traditional credit check. They primarily look at your payment history with Afterpay and consider a few other factors. It's a convenient way to book without affecting your credit score.

Afterpay will ask for your email, phone number, address, DOB, and debit/credit card details. Staying on top of your payments and never missing one helps your Afterpay smart limit increase.

There are criteria for every purchase on Afterpay (for instance, you need to be an Australian resident). Still, as they run their checks instantly, you’ll know instantly if you can pay for your Mix & Match Travel flights with Afterpay. Excellent!

Is there a minimum I must spend to use Afterpay?

No - There is no minimum spend for travel bookings with Mix & Match. There is a maximum spend limit and this is set by Afterpay which is $3k. So, the sky is the limit as to whether you take a quick getaway or grand vacation, you can take advantage of Afterpay's flexibility

Is Afterpay safe and secure to use?

Absolutely! Afterpay takes security very seriously, and they use advanced encryption and security measures to protect your information. Your details are in safe hands, allowing you to book your trips with peace of mind.

Can I use Afterpay outside of Australia?

Absolutely! Afterpay is available for both domestic travel within Australia and international travel to various destinations as long as you have an Afterpay account. We've got plenty of exciting deals for you to make your holiday unforgettable!

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR AMEND MY FLIGHT BOOKING AFTER I HAVE SELECTED AFTERPAY?

If you ever need to cancel your booking with Mix & Match Travel, we'll first take a look at the booking rules to see if a refund is possible. Now, if your booking happens to be non-refundable, don't sweat it! You can still cancel your flight, but keep in mind you'll need to keep up with the payments on your Afterpay account.

But wait, there's good news too! If your booking is eligible for a refund, we'll reach out to the airline. Once we've got that refund in hand, we'll speedily process it right back into your account, less any Airline and Mix & Match Travel cancellation fees. Just a friendly reminder, though – while we're working on getting that refund squared away, keep those payments coming as usual until the refund is safely back on your Afterpay Dashboard.
