Mix & Match Flight Voucher Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Mix & Match Travel PTY Limited (“Mix & Match”), ABN 46 670 191 236.

 

University of Sydney $100 Voucher Giveaway

As part of the University of Sydney promotion, Mix & Match will be giving away $100 flight vouchers to 50 eligible recipients. There are no entry requirements, and vouchers will be distributed directly at the University of Sydney campus event.

 

Voucher Details

Each voucher entitles the holder to $100 off a single flight booking made via www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au

Voucher must be redeemed online no later than 6 October 2025

Travel must commence and be completed between 6 August 2025 and 31 July 2026

A minimum spend of $300 applies 

Valid for any airline available on the Mix & Match Australia website

One-time use only. Limit of one voucher per booking

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or foreign currency

Only 50 vouchers are available for redemption on a first-come, first-served basis

 

Eligibility

This promotion is open to individuals present at the University of Sydney during the voucher distribution event.

Vouchers are limited to one per person.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Mix & Match, House of Travel, and any related entities or promotional partners are not eligible to receive a voucher.

 

Conditions of Use

Vouchers are valid only for flight bookings made via www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au

Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation

Recipients must be legally entitled to leave and return to Australia and must hold a valid passport for any international travel

The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or foreign currency.

 

Consent and Publicity

By redeeming the voucher, recipients:

  • Consent to Mix & Match using their name and city/town of residence for publicity purposes related to the promotion

  • Agree to be contacted by Mix & Match for marketing and promotional purposes (opt-out available at any time)

 

Liability and Disclaimer

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including, but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law, Mix & Match expressly disclaims any responsibility and each Member agrees to release and hold Mix & Match (and its directors, employees, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) not liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Programme and/or a Prize or Reward or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use of a Prize or Reward, including personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

Without limiting the foregoing, Mix & Match assumes no responsibility for, and the Members release Mix & Match from, any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property if, for any reason beyond Mix & Match’s reasonable control (e.g. due to computer viruses, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures etc.) this Programme is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the Programme's administration, security, fairness or integrity are corrupted or affected. Further, in such circumstances, Mix & Match may invalidate any Codes or entries of any individual in any way involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Programme or abusing the communication system upon which the Programme is being conducted.

Any dispute under the Programme will be resolved by Mix & Match. In the event of error or omission on the part of Mix & Match, Mix & Match’s liability to the Member is limited to crediting disputed points or account balances to the Member’s Account.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Mix & Match’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of its rights.

Mix & Match reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Programme should bugs, viruses, unauthorised human intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of Mix & Match (in its sole opinion) corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Programme or a Promotion, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Mix & Match.

Mix & Match collects personal information in order to conduct this promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
